Sweedy Patisserie // FAQ Frequently Asked Qustions Cakes & Fatcarons 1. How many slices can a whole cake serve? Our 6 inch whole cake can be sliced up to 8 slices and our 8 inch cake can be sliced up to 16 slices. 2. What is the shelf life of the cakes/Fatcarons? All our cakes & Fatcarons can be kept in the freezer for up to 4 days. 3. What is the best way to consume the cakes/Fatcarons? Take out from the freezer to thaw for 30 minutes before consumption. 4. Where can i find allergen information of the cakes/Fatcarons? Allergen information is provided under individual product pages within the website. Do approach contact us via WhatsApp @ 94368160 should you require more information. 5. Are the Cakes & Fatcarons halal? Sweedy Patisserie is not halal certified. Online Orders 1. Are cutleries provided with cakes ordered online? We provide cake knifes with every orders. Big/small candles and birthday topper are available upon request via the remarks box before you checkout & confirm your order. 2. How can I amend my online order? You may contact us via WhatsApp @ 94368160 to make amendments. Only amendments such as change of delivery date, change of delivery address and request of candles are allowed. Amendments that are not made 3 days in advanced of delivery/pickup will be ignored. 3. Can I cancel my order after i have made payment? Refunds/Cancellations can be arranged 5 days in advanced of delivery/pickup via WhatsApp @ 94368160. Delivery of Orders 1. Do you provide delivery services? Yes, we do provide delivery services. All orders have to be preordered 3 days in advanced and our delivery timings are strictly 2-5pm daily (except Monday). 2. What are the delivery charges? We provide free delivery for orders above $90. A flat rate fee of $10 will be charged for orders below $90. Delivery charges for Festive Seasons will change. 3. Are there any restrictions to locations? We provide island-wide delivery within Singapore. There will be Additional charges of $5 for Jurong Island, Tuas & Sentosa. 4. What happens when i am not around during the delivery of my order? Our kind delivery team will give you a call and leave the cake outside of the door once confirmed by you. There will be strictly no re-delivery to a different time or date. Pick up of Orders 1. Where can i pick up online orders and what are the available pick up timings? Please select the pick up location upon confirming your order and select the available timings for the selected day. You may contact us via WhatsApp @ 94368160 to request for earlier or delayed timings but request are subjected to availability. 2. Can i cancel the pick up of my order and chose to have it delivered instead? Do contact us via WhatsApp @ 94368160 at least 3 days in advanced for this request.
